Queeroonis of Boston, it’s time to come together for our first event!! Join us on Sunday July 26 for a lovely outdoor mehmooni in boston public garden (4-8 pm) 🕺 Our hope is that everyone can bring a little persian (or persian ~inspired~) dish, drink, or snack to share with the group! We’ll provide plates, cups, utensils, music, and some rugs to sit on but feel free to bring your own picnic blanket/supplies 🧺 We can’t wait to meet everyone 💚🤍❤️ reminder: straight allies and non-Persian +1s are absolutely welcome to attend. Also Afghans, Armenians, Tajiks, Iraqis, or any SWANA cousins with a connection to Persian culture are welcome, you do not need to be Iranian to join the community!
